The Award Winning Author

I was born in Georgetown, Guyana and migrated to Ontario in the late 80’s with my mother.
And, although, I had a passion for poetry and the arts, in 2006 I graduated as a law clerk from Sececa College. My desire to learn and grow led me to pursue my real estate licence from the real estate college in Ontario. However, the burning desire to write has always been inside of me and during Covid-19, I decided to pursue my dream of writing and helping others.
Despite a battle with addiction for many years, my faith has always been strong. I am always looking for the learning lesson in each situation and always looking for the angle of love. And am always encouraging others to search for the good as it is so often hidden from the torture that is addiction.
My motto is “work hard, play hard” and since a near fatal car accident in 2019, its “love hard”.
I am passionate about life, healing and living so when I am not working as a law clerk you can find me hiking, reading travelling, writing, in an arcade, walking my dog, being silent and still to feel the breeze on my face.
